I think Both Cs and the Mod I talked is wrong. But at first he said It was out of repair..now he said it was an error.

So I just found out that The repair Status on Xbox.com is bugged.

"no pending repair" is an error.

I called CS and they told me from a week or 2. Its already been 2 weeks.

But I'm still confused. Anyone know if there is any truth anymore?

By the way I was out of warranty and now I am in warranty. Does this count towards anything? Same Serial number as well through.

Ok so How long does it take for a tracking number after repairs?

It took like a week to update it so im sure thats not the problem if it is one.
