So I just wanted to check on my repair and what do you know it...it says no pending repair. I was surprised because that means they fixed it or just sent me back another one. Thing is....My serial Number isnt new and I just got off the phone MS Support and the india Guy named jane told me to call back 10-12 buiness days. Im confused.

So my xbox got to the Repair Center today and it said Device Not received or whatever and now it says...no Pending Repair.

I saw many of these topics but they never really answered...so What does this mean? Is it fixed or they just say **** that and sent it back...or is it a trick to calm people down and thinking that they have it fixed and it is being sent.

By the way do they give you a tracking number if it is being sent?
