I ran across "Gimme Shelter" while playing rock band, and I loved it. I went on to youtub and found more of their songs. They are AMAZING. and their STILL together! Their a great band, British people really know how to make good music *glares at america* mirite?

I recently bought this little game, and man this is "teh poopz"

plants vs. zombies is the best game I've played in a long time, it doesn't need a retarded story or stupid levels, JUST PLANTS AND ZOMBIES!

ah yes. Back for more Poke646, even though I didn't favor the original in my first review (mainly because I was playing on Hard which didn't help at all.) and the story of Poke 646 was really great an I'm sure Valve would allow it to connect with the HL plot line now poke 646 ended when Dam---

The original ended with Damian Reeves stranded on Xen, betrayed by his Peers. Now he wants REVENGE, he builds a teleporter and teleports to a Poke646 orbital station, thus your short (yet fun) adventure begins. There is one new weapon, and it's the only weapon you need. The new Machine gun replaces all the other guns you have, it's that good.

The game is best started on Easy (this series is harder than They Hunger.) and hard if you like extra large amounts of Powerthirst and suicide.

Vendetta is good, not as good as the original but still VERY good.

FINAL SCORE: 7.5

poke646 is often hailed as the best hl1 mod ever.

I hail it as 3rd best.

the graphics are amazing for hl1. not as good as Paranoia. But they look good.

One thing, the game is short, about 5 chapters, the first level is VERY good. But the final level is not very good (not the xen level)

Other than that the rest of the game has good design.

OH! and theres a SEWER LEVEL..grumble. also invisible walls. sadly quick time events aren't here to complete the package.

The worst part of the game is the train ride, the idea is cool, get to the back of the train and disconnect it. It's execution is terrible. The ladders are bouncy,the jumping is terrible and when you get to the top of the train there are TO many hazards.

but the game is VERY hard. Play on easy first, you won't regret it at all.

FINAL SCORE: 9.0

EDIT: I recently played it over and the ending makes up for the train. The score has been raised to 9.0

if great were being beat to death with your computer monitor. Arby n the chief in L.A is the continuation of Arby 'n' the chief without Jon. As such, the writing takes a hit. Because Machinima.com are not funny at all and suck at every attempt they make at making me laugh (Ross scott is the only exception) the story is more of a soap opera with a action figure trying to get with a human chick (sonic 06 syndrome) and master chief is as cliche and idiotic as ever. Do yourself a favor. Stay FAR away from this show where it can't find you.

Bioshock (It's system shock 2 is ss2 HAD an easy mode.)

Halo (Nothing original happens.)

Gears of war (mostly the story. The gameplay is fun)

all these games commit the crime of making everything TO easy (once again. Gears of war is nicely challenging. It's the story)

Bioshock was called a FPS-RPG. But unlike it's older brother (ss2) it has no rpg. It's a insipd boom fest. And since respawn chambers are everywhere I decided to just fight a big daddy with a wrench I felt so safe.

I've already ranted on halo.

Gears of war has fun gameplay. The story is just terrible. It's like CliffyB WANTED the story to be another space marine game. At least he didn't screw up the gameplay.
