@yemanator2k14 It's stupid to complain about 720P games vs 1080P games (some XboxOne games vs. those same games on the PS4) really but people do it anyway. Sure, that's a "bigger" difference in quality, but who the heck cares so much about eye candy when the game WORKS and, at the very least, looks good, period??
I cannot believe it took ALL OF THOSE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to make a platformer game like this that indies make every other day and put up on Steam for $10.00 - $15.00. I get that it's based off of Megaman...but come on...
With all of that money it took to make this, this game better make me pancakes. On the fly.
@TenraiSenshi The hardcore fans of the game asked for it, believe it or not. They love the tournaments and want characters to be rebalanced, which is why this is being made.
Umm...4/10? That's a bit excessive. I would say if it's a 4 if the game was unplayable, or the objectives were foggy and misdirected. Things like that. A 4 though? It's not as bad as other games that are REAL 4/10's.
The least I'd give it is a 6 but that's still thin ice. This game's as solid 7 in my opinion.
@cws3e Nintendo's exclusives mainly appeal and only sell to casual gamers, which the PS3/PS4 and Xbox360/XboxOne are not exactly revolved around. Rayman Legends, for example, sold the best on the Wii U. It didn't on the other systems because it simply is not in the interest of hardcore gamers.
Telling Nintendo to go third party is telling them to go out of business as quick as possible.
Nintendo NEVER had a surplus of third party titles for their systems. Especially not to the extent that Sony and Microsoft had for their systems. If Nintendo had third party support, developers would lose money. That's all that would come out of it.
First party titles are the only thing keeping Nintendo afloat. Just look at their previous consoles. Heck, take a look at the 3DS. It's only because of their exclusives that, that handheld is selling like hotcakes.
It has been proven time and time again that third party titles do nothing for the Wii U. Everyone needs to shutup about it. Look at the sales of CoD: Ghosts; one of the most popular FPS in America didn't even make over 1% of the sales for that game. Same thing with Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
People...It's obvious: third party does NOTHING for Wii U. They need more FIRST PARTY. They don't even have their heavy hitters out yet, so judging now is still way too early.
Let's say Microsoft was in this same pickle like the Wii U. If they released Halo 5 or something and it sold less than 0.1% (the general idea is "they sold horribly", that is not a real number that I'm using), THEN you can say Microsoft's screwed. Or, in this case, Nintendo. But that has not happened yet; there's still a Zelda title in the works and other games as well. Like Monolith's X game, SMTxFE, Smash Bros. for Wii U, Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2, etc.
