@sticktaler36: the internet has literally always been neutral since its creation. This isn't something that came about in 2015. These regulations protected consumers and without them the internet service providers will have all the control.

@Evenglare: This is what consoles do to the consumer. They release the same game every generation with a small pixel upgrade. Just buy on PC once and you're done. Many developers release "enhanced" upgrades for free if you've previously purchased their game.

@Greyfox-101: Are you sure this problem isn't on your end? I've never experienced crashing issues, and certainly not blue screens. It sounds like a hardware malfunction.
