I presume you think of celine dion as bad music?? well why else would you make a thread complaining about someone who listens to it in their car?

if you were to open the windows then other people would hear the celine dion music and this would perhaps embarass your friend into not playing the celine dion music.

Oh, I thought of that... but no, I think Celine Dion is pretty good... I used to like her a lot when I was younger, now it's just catchy dance music. Anyway, I don't have a friend who drives me anywhere.

the earrings would be nice, i think, but i think it's way too...uhm, what's the word...i just don't want to scare her away by suddenly giving her something like that...

gift cards are good ideas...i think...but what if she uses it to invite some other guy that she likes? :(

I agree, jewelry is more of a gift you give to someone you already are with. I think it could definitely scare someone off.

Another thing you could try is making something for her. People really appreciate it when you put effort into a new creation for them. It's very cliche, but tap into your talents of creativity. Write a poem, draw a picture, etc... I think that would be a good way to show her that you're interested, and if she's not interested she'd still appreciate the gesture.

I hated the book.. It seemed more like it was written as fanservice. So yes, I think the movie will be pretty bad and boring.
