@gottago42: yes and no.....numbers can lie when dealing with PC parts.....the PS4 was 2 times the GPU power of the OG one but we still had games that looked the same on both....(i have both and have rented games on one to see if it looked the same as PS4).......when dealing with GPU's it hard to say......first off it will take at least 2 years to really get everything out of the new GPU's and with the way things are going we may only see a real year of games being made their best for the hardware before a new system hits.....

@blackamerica: im really thinking about dumping PC.....10 made games run so great until the last update with windows and video drivers made everything run worse then 7 did......they are gimping older hardware on PC now to make you upgrade.....

@eli150: well their is the funny part......a 1080 is in at a think 9 teraflops.......it has problems running even year old games at ultra settings at 40 frames.......i think its going to be 2k scaled to 4k......that would line up with with 6tf.......

@joshrmeyer: its still cheaper on PC......i bet money right now the radeon 480 will be on par with the new consoles.....

@johnholmes: WRONG.....4k looks better on anything including 720p screens.......to be blunt you dont need the 4k screen to see 4k......if what i said was not true their would be nothing to nvidia cards rendering in 4k but outputting to a 1080p screen......google "nvidia rendering at 4k on a 1080p screen"......to be blunt if you could calibrate a 1080p screen and feed it 4k content you would never need a 4k screen......
