@shepherd_irl: and see that is just it.....you have the game and could have played it in a ton of ways you never thought about and now you will never be able to unless you get it on PC or one......that as a gamer.....
@greaseman1985: but both hardware and OS play a part in getting a game to run......i played the game on PC and a ton of the mods would just grab the balls of PC and take them to the floor even when the normal game with no mods would run 60 frames all day long on high settings........PS4 runs a version of linux and their a ton of problems with getting windows games to run on linux as we know from the fail that was steam OS........XBone getting the mods make sense in the fact its running windows in the back round.....the reason i making the points about PC is because almost all the mods were made on PC........we will have to wait and see if sony really says something and shows the reason but that may never come.......im not trying to bust any ones balls and not a fan boy......im a gamer that wants to see games on everything........
@CaptainBerserk: im with you on thinking its incompatibility on the software side as sony uses its own OS.....i have also read a ton of stuff that they run a version of 32bit called extended 32 bit that has problems running 64 bit base code even with the consoles having a CPU that is 64 bit able and this version of 32bit not having normal memory limitations.....fallout 4 only came in 64 bit on PC and i think most of the mods were made on only PC......Xbone my have the leg up as they have windows 10 running in the back round so it may be able to just run it like it was on windows.....
YES THERE IS SPECULATION in what i said but i could be a good reason its not happening......
@Pipboy360: but its been 60 bucks since day one.......and those first years had truly free DLC.....those were the good years before games cost 120 bucks to see the real ending.......
@deadlyshadow698: yeah but why should it only be PC??? we need it were we can chose were to play the game we want the way we want to play them PC or not....and im saying all of this as a mainly PC gamer.....open market it....put it out for everything so every one can play it.......would be nice if they could get a lot of work shops back in other games as well.....i remember course building in tony hawk way back in the day and would love to see that for stuff like COD or BF so any one could make maps........open it up to the world PC PS4 ONE and what even nintendo does if it can run it.......
@penkowalski: then you have to accept you may never have every thing a game can offer or have the ability to change the game in ways you may think are cool.........and hate to say this, not in a elitist way but consoles have been computers for years......do you really think you would have online MP with the pains of PC players??? in the end we can help each other as we are all gamers and we just want to play great games...... i would love to get to a point console players have a market like we do with tons of free games and stuff like dota 2, counter strike GO with so many i cant even list.......it would make it so it would not matter what your on and you could play everything....like seeing PC get more sports games......
@jasonredemption: its hardware.....running a lot of these mods on PC my self it straight kicked my hardware to the curb......the base game would run 60 frames all day long but with some of the mods it would drop to the 30's and in to the 20's with tons of things on screen moving......on consoles it would be a slide picture show at 5 frames or something bad......and the shitty part is most of the mods might have been able to run on the PS4 pro but i sony will stop that as it will make the game something the older version cant run......will have to wait and see what sony truly says but i would have to think it would be a problem.....
@rasdor1: the real problem is hardware and getting it to run.....some of these mods on PC (were i played the game) made you computer go in to MAD OVER DRIVE and just straight kicked your GPU to the curb........the snow mod would make some video cards sound like snow blowers running on high.......
