That looks ideal actually thanks a lot for taking the time to find me them parts. The only thing I might change would be the cpu cooler as its a bit pricey and maybe get a bit of a beefier gpu but other than that I really like them parts definitely gonna consider that build!

Wow thanks for the quick reply! Will look at it all now and get back to you! :)
Im from England too, so if you could use sterling that would be great!
Hi guys, i've decided to sell my old rig because well its getting a bit old now and was starting to show its age. Anyhow this time around I want to build myself a machine capable of running all the newer games maxed on my 1920x1080 resolution monitor. My budget is around £600-700 :)
Well I have gotta be honest guys since I bought it i have hardly played it much..I'm pretty disappointed the performance is so bad during battles it becomes a lag fest. My machine isn't anything special but I lowered settings and tampered with the graphics and it still runs like sh*t during battles. I have enjoyed it somewhat, i like the multiplayer campaign but really they should of fixed these issues before releasing what can only be described as a "beta".Â
I haven't played CoH2 so i can't comment, however I did recently buy rome 2 and I now really regret the purchase and wish I had waited...There is a reason why the forums are flooded with complaints, the game runs terribly, I have enjoyed it somewhat but battles are terribly laggy and on top of that they claimed that only 2% were experiencing performance issues, that says it all really.
Wow lots more responses than I expected, plus they are all positive which is great news! Should be receiving it by tommorow so will install it then and post back on here my thoughts. How complex it rome 2? does it require knowledge of the first game to be able to play properly? I actually have the first one but never really played it!
Hi all, well I just bought total war rome 2 as I have been craving an rts to play recently, however if you check the official forums it does not look good at all. Many players are very dissapointed/angry of the state of the game and now I am feeling slightly worried about my purchase. What do you think of it so far and when do you think patches will be released?
This is all down to opinion therefore you will never get a decisive answer as a whole but having played both my view is that dota 2 is far better. The game mechanics are a lot more in depth, yes I would say its more difficult and does have a steep learning curve but it is definitely worth it, the roster of heroes is incredible too i believe there is over 100 to choose from all of which are acessible, this isn't the case for LoL where not all heroes are accessible. The graphics in dota 2 are in my opinion far superior, LoL's visuals are cartoony and basic, whereas dota's really are very pretty to look at and the heroes generally look pretty awesome. Also for those saying Dota 2 is unbalanced this just isn't true, there are a few heroes that I would say need to be nerfed somewhat (drow ranger for instance), but on the whole its very balanced as every hero can be countered in some aspect. I enjoyed playing both games, but once I had got past the difficulties of starting out on dota 2 i never looked back and LoL was never played again. Hope this helps somewhat..
[QUOTE="sn4k3_64"][QUOTE="SKaREO"]I would say the original Counter-Strike is the best video game I've ever played in all my 25 years as a PC gamer. CS:Source is a decent graphical update that ruins the competitive nature of the game. CS:GO is a complete waste of time and money.SKaREOHow on earth is cs go a complete waste of time and money? What game have you been playing.. Aside from the buy system being completely destroyed, the game isn't even a shadow of CS:Source. And everyone generally agrees that Source is garbage. What's wrong with the buy system? Its a different layout, big deal? Source isn't garbage, and imo CS:GO has even better hitboxes than source, win win
