2. China - largest Army in the world also the largest population in the world has Nukes

3. Russia - will likely fall behind India in a few years but still has a strong standing Army and the largest stockpiles of Nukes in the world

4. India - why everyone is so surprised about this i don't know with it enormous economic growth India will be a Superpower in years to come also has Nukes

5. UK - largest energy resources in the EU medium sized well equipped Army largest Navy and Air Force in Europe (not counting Russia) also has Nukes Large economy

6. France - large economy medium sized Army large Air Force and Navy also has Nukes

7. Germany - Largest economy and population in Europe medium sized Army small Navy large Air Forces

8. Brazil -large economic growth largest population and Military in South America

9. Japan - second largest economy in the world large population small but well equipped Military

10. Turkey - second largest Army in NATO after the United States

as for Israel i wouldn't even let them any where near the top 10 with out U.S tax payers money Israel is simple a small country surrounded by Arab countries that hate them .

If it takes total annihilation to get peace, I can't wait for Israel and the anti-Israel countries(I didn't state any to avoid getting factual discrepancies) to get into an all out war. Osama is not going to rest until Israel is wiped out, and Israel is taking preemptive action... it's not gonna end until one side is completely destroyed. Lets do this. th3warr1or

Japanese TROOPS would have perished, the bombings were surprise attacks against civilian populations. And we don't hate Japan for Pearl Harbor? If I had a nickel for every time I heard an American bring up Pearl Harbor I'd have enough money to buy my own self-defense army.

And no, Japan would not take revenge, they've learned from the strike that taking retribution assures nothing but that retribution will one day be taken against you. It's not that they agree that the bombings were justified, it's that they realize the futility of holding grudges that will only lead to more death and would rather the bombings serve as a call to peace.

I agree that the bombings were terrible, but they were the lesser of two evils. the proposed land invasion would have left millions and millions dead and japan ruined, and it would have cost 3million+ US soldiers to take.

I don't want Japan to go to war with USA ever again. I don't know what I would do without my videogames, manga, and anime!

Anyways, why would people even want war in the first place?

Britains death toll was actually 340,000 soldiers and about 80,000 civilians put it total dead at 420,000 ;)
