"Which doesn't quite have the kind of look and texture that we want from a movie.”
We don't want a movie, we want smooth looking and running video game and what I mean by running, I mean controls and controls just aren't responsive enough at 30fps, when you play real 60fps game you'll know the difference. 60fps is more important for the feel of the game than looks, but still make it look smoother too. If we want to watch movie, well we go watch a movie.
I really wanted to like and play this game, but I don't know when even the "professional" developers talking this kind of piippipipip (Gamespot, stop censoring comments)
@mattman127 You were too old! You cannot be properly trained and fallen to the dark side of the gaming. That's 30fps and I bet you had played some games that run at 60fps on consoles and enjoyed it.
@Dannystaples14 @asmoddeuss @MontyPython4-r I play on both and I have to admit I wish consoles could do 1080p cross the board, even the last gen. After all I'm a gamer so games is what I play, but still I wouldn't complain them to be 1080p in 2014. 4k is knocking on the door already. Yes tech advances too fast.
@IndremaLover Problem with sub-par resolutions is that I have been PC gamer long time now and every time I see 720p rendered game on 1080p dispaly I feel that it would look so much better on my PC where's every game is exact native resolution of my display device meaning it's always as sharp as it can get on my screen.
