@Ladiesman17 Well QTEs sucks hairy balls in majority of games and they shouldn't be in games like Resident Evil for example, where you fight a tough boss fight and cut scene starts and you want to rest your hands and take a drink and then you end up dead because there was a unnecessary QTE in the middle of the fucking cut scene with one second time to react and you didn't even saw what button it was, because you were taking a drink! In worst case scenario you have to play the whole boss fight again and DIE AGAIN just to see what button you are supposed to press in 2 milliseconds! Throw in some extra shit and make that button to be random no logic combination and your shit fest is complete!
Then there's games like Heavy Rain that are built around them so they are the core gameplay and then they work. You know it's going to be all about QTEs and don't expect anything else, then they are ok.

Simple answer: yes. Some people like them some don't. Those who don't doesn't have to buy them. We who don't care about CoD and other shit don't just play that shit. Simple as that. All games shouldn't take this approach of course tho.

@willzihang @Unraed I hope it's little more than that, it's confirmed to use it's own assets anyway. If those system requirements aren't justified it's just lack of optimizing and will stay in shelves. But if it's really something worth to see, maybe.
@IamTakkun Indeed and also first person shooters, third person shooter and anything that require precise aiming or fast cursor movement. Many console exclusive could be much more enjoyable with more elegant way to control.
