Here's a link
It says you can access media but you "can't play games remotely"
I know, that's why it's so surprising that Lair actually works on remote play. This feature wasn't advertised, and does not work with any other games that I know of.

EDIT: It's confirmed that Lair can work wirelessly when in range of the PS3, but I don't know if Lair can be played over the internet.
[QUOTE="BioShockOwnz"][QUOTE="MikeE21286"]You seriously have to let us know how this is.....damn....I just wanna rent this game to try it out. How freakin' cool is that.Flexmaster_365
Yeah, I don't care how bad the game is, this is just great news. Imagine MGS4 on the go. OMG!
Its not on the go, it has to be plugged into the Flopstation 3. So its basicall like having a screen in your controller "OMG WTF I can see the Flop coming to life in my hands..."
Remote play is wireless, or over the internet.
Killzone 2 is going to be a big flop too. EGM said the AI is stupid as hell.Sykoh
Yeah, the AI from the videos is pretty concerning.
Hopefully they fix it, I'd be perfectly happy with an 8.5 score (which would still be a flop, seeing as the game is too good looking not to get AAA hype).
I honestly think that Lair is the biggest flop in the history of gaming. That's pretty bad too, considering the massive flops we have had in previous years.Cypher_187
I think Daikatana is still a bigger flop. Lair is comparable in terms of hype-to-actual score ratio, but Lair actually did succeed in what it was hyped for, which is graphics.
Meaning it's the only game PS3 owners are going to talk about until something decent comes out, it's so annoying! I played the beta and thought it was average, the on-foot combat was totally useless and boring.catlin_czirr
On-foot combat isn't useless and boring, you can kill a warhawk with two rockets, snipe, use the knife, lay proximity mines, and escape danger without being seen on the map. The great thing about warhawk, though, is that it gives you the choice not to stay on the ground if you don't want to. You can do whatever you want and still be successful.
And that Resistance-bashing thread is the first time I've seen the game mentioned here in a long time.
