Are you talking about other gamers in general, or the site itself? The site itself, has to take others into account when it writes any and all reviews. It's just like the weather report, things are altered so that in case something is slightly off, people don't storm the streets in a panic.

[QUOTE="Kitsune1"]

[QUOTE="camreeno360"]Yeah I've seen the Yesasia.com place and no, the prices seem the same as everywhere else. That would be so stupid if you bought an American version of a game from there! So basically you're paying the extra international costs for a game you could get for 10 bucks less from the EB Games! Kratos_Aurion56

That's a lie

YesAsia mostly cuts the price down on their products

They have NO imprt tax

and They have free shipping worldwide

I oughta know because i'm a customer of that site

Is that why their average price is $45.49 ???

Good point, but it's still cheaper than every where else, right?

I remember when "Pokemania" first erupted in the states, and yeah, the shows and merchandising really did alot of people in, it's a shame really, since the first two games were fantastic.

As for what version you should get, I'm under the impression it doesn't matter. I remember getting the original blue, and no one, absolutely no one had the GB link cables.

I hate do hate when I go to a store, and see an abundance of imports. It's kind of cool though, how many stores now carry imports nowadays, but the price does get me. You'd figure that American developers would catch on to crap like this, and just translate the games already. If Jump Superstars and Bleach are selling in stores like they do at twice the price of a regular game, there's really no reason we shouldn't be seeing home versions.

I do play some turn based games, but I hate the idea of "waiting for my turn to be hit," real time elements added ease things a bit.

You realize that having Halo up there is only going to encourage rumours that the game actually exist right?

That being said, Smash Brothers. It's not even my favorite series, but the DS needs a fighting game more then anything right now.

You'd have to be a total ignorant uninformed non gaming n00b to even think Halo would come to a "Nintendo" DS.

Again, see several topics down, and thank you for reading the other post I made afterwards.

it's not going to encourage rumors...anyone who expects halo to come out for the wii is an idiot...

And yet when we look at the topic below this one...
