@tightwad34 I've seen a million people with iPhones, but literally a handful of people with iPads. This makes me believe that the iPad isn't the revolutionary device to the user, and that it's sitting in peoples' bedrooms.
What this article should be reporting is that "It [Apple] has lost around 40% of its stock market value since hitting an all-time high in September last year."
This is truly worrying to investors. They're also worried that there has been a lack of "innovation". This is all absent in this article.
"...the Wii Channel Menu offers a simple interface, letting users pick games to play, get news or weather, view and send photos or even create playable caricatures of themselves to use in actual games. Additional functions allow users to redeem Wii Points and download classic games to Wii’s Virtual Console(TM)."
This is from the original press release. Those complaining about the substance of the channels now are six years too late. They never failed to deliver what they promised. For Nintendo, it must be like talking to the wall.
I don't even know what being "blown away" really means. You get the console home, play the lauch titles for a the first few days, get used them pretty quick, wait for the "real" good games to come out, play those for a week, and then start sepculating on PS5.
@JBStone1981 @so_hai I would say that it's both initial price and software titles. It can never hurt to reduce the console's price, and the 3DS benefited from a drop when it had a comparably empty game library.
