Tokyo Gameshow is in September and a new 3000 Kingdom Hearths bundle is coming that month. Plus a new God of War bundle is coming on December.

[QUOTE="Respawn-d"]Ps3 cost the same amount and have a bluray drive inside yet they still offer the consumer the chance to buy there own hardrives IronBass

That's because Sony love gamers so much.

Now, seriously, it's because a) the PS3is stillmore expensive than the 360, they have tojustify that higher priceas much as they can and b) they're in third place, they can't afford being restrictive.

Third place in sales because they launch the PS3 a whole year after the 360. Sony is not justifying the price. The problem with the PS3 is ignorant people or not well informed ones that doesn't know all the features they have. The first year it didn't had great games and was not well advertised.

That's why Microsoft can drop the price of the 360 to $150 and still makes lots of money. $50 a year for online or $25 for two to three months, $100 for Wi-Fi (Older models), $25 charging kits plus all the memory cards they sold so far. Miro$oft strategy is the lots and lots of hidden prices.

[QUOTE="NVIDIATI"][QUOTE="mushi799"]

hardware not software buddy.

Besides all pc gamers torrent their games.

:? Hardware is pretty cheap now too. A $600 PC can play Crysis on very hIgh.

I don't want to sound rude but please don't lie to yourself and use some logic. Not everyone buy parts online and have a PC compatible with the parts needed to run many games. If you enter a Walmart to buy a desktop you will end paying $400 plus dollars for a eMachines one that isn't capable to run any game like the ones available for the Wii, 360 or PS3. You will need to get new parts that will sum a lot more.

If you install the game to your hard drive, it runs slower, thus taking away most of the noise. And the load times are faster.

[QUOTE="soulreaper-4"][QUOTE="BrunoBRS"] yeah, because that worked really well. sepe's point is that when nintendo goes for top notch tech and adds a salty price tag to it, they get screwed.BrunoBRS

Actually they got screwed with the N64 not because the price was high, they were screwed because they lost a lot of proyects and 3rd party games plus they didin't went with CDs and instead they stayed with catriges that were low in space and were costly.

cartridges are expensive. you said it yourself. it's the price that drove away third parties, and it killed the N64. the gamecube was a mix of backlash from the N64 and, again, price. more expensive than the PS2, and they went with a bizarre minidisc media.

Yeah the price was high but the case was the quality of the games. They didn't had the CG scenes, better sound, big voice acting and big games like the PS1 Final Fantasy's and much more games.
