[QUOTE="X360PS3AMD05"]In a way i feel like a hypocrite because my brother bragged about the Patriots running up the score and i said they had bad sportsmanship. Then some people on ESPN defended them and said "hey well play defense, don't cry about it" and i started to agree. Eventually they would run into a team they couldn't run it up on and that was the Giants :) The difference here is those kids being special ed., it makes you wonder if that coach has his head on straight..............CleanPlayer
That hurts reading that. But on topic, the difference is that the other team hasn't won a game in 4 years, so why schedule them against a premier school. That doesn't make any kind of sense.

From what I have read/researched, the loosing school is the only school of its kind in the area and in order for them to play different teams, they basically put out the offer to all the surrounding schools in hope that they will play, just to give the opportunity for the girls to play. If the one website i saw was correct, this was not the first time the two schools have played either. VERY poor actions on part of coach.

well thats not hard to understand cause he gets very little play time but I saw him at training camp, very solid. Decent arm, good accuracry, with time, he could have been what Pennington could have been for the jets if they had an O line to protect him

I feel that my jets will do better next season. I feel that if Farve is gone, Clemens can step into the roll that he should have had last year and be a solid QB. Will he rate up there with P. Mamming, Brady, Warner, probably not. But I feel he can be solid and really help the team. The jets offense was solid except for the interceptions. It killed all momentum each game and I do feel Mangini was done with the jets mentially. So lets see what Rex does

I feel that Farve is done and should have not even gone to the Jets. I am a Jets fan and feel that him learning a new offense, especially one as opposite as the Packers offense was not a smart move. I was personally looking foward to Clemens starting for the Jets, getting some games under him and then growing into a strong QB as I feel he can. I think he has the capabilities to be mentioned with some of the big QBs in the game but not without getting some time on the field which Farve has taken from him. So final say, Farve done, Clemens in, Jets contender with the Pats for AFC next year.

I have to say Rice as well as many others here but my fav is Wayne Chrebet (jets) do I consider him the best? no but given his size, quaterbacks he had to work with, I feel he did amzing during his career.

well first off I will state I am and always will be a die hard Jets fan. They should have done better this year but Farve just did not live up to his reputation which is understandable due to the fact that the Jets offense is COMPLETELY opposite than the Packers but with this being fair or not, its very fair. You can't win in your division, you don't get through to the playoffs, plain and simple. Jets did decent in their division, but they couldnt win outside the division on games they should have one (seahawks, 49ers, etc) which would have put them in the playoffs over the dolphins if they did. And earlier their was a thread about the Pats beating the Jets 60-0, unlikely. The Pats are good but the Jets will have CLemens next year in my opinion as QB and he is pretty good. Do I expect him to start off as strong as Ryan, Brady, or even Cassell, not at all, but I do not forsee the Pats killing the Jets in any sense, beating them, maybe, not killing them.

I am a Jets fan and always have been. I feel the Jets as a team the last couple of years (4 years or so) have had a VERY strong team, but because they focused on Pennington so much, they did not live up to what they could have. Pennington is a strong QB but just seemed to get hurt all the time in NY. I have said for a while the Jets, lead by a strong QB, could do great things. Even this weekend, going into the Titans game, they were 7-3, good record and no one was giving them credit because they are still the Jets. Now, after beating the unbeatable team, the titans, they are getting the credit they deserve and its not just farve, thomas is getting a lot of credit, as well as the defense which i feel has been doing GREAT. Im glad we got the Farve and I have always respected him as a player so it was nice to get him in our white and green. As for this forum, I feel the Packers should aim to make it to the bowl and show they dont need Farve but with the record they have, maybe the do need him.
