at my school its just commonplace, its not even like its the cool thing to do, you either smoke or you dont smoke, i smoke, and ive talked to plenty of people who dont about it without any conflict, and i see the same thing with other people all the time, hell even some teachers smoke and we ve joked to them about it, (openly suggesting that we smoke) without getting in trouble, yet the administration thinks its horrible, ive seen the rent-a-cops handcuff students when they catch them! then i see on the news, people talking about it in other states and such, saying its so horrible, and the normal people think theyre crazy. i think its horrible people spread propaganda like that, they seem so immature to me. so whats it like where you live?

Wrong. If "Joe" wins the people's vote in New York state, he gets all of the delegate votes for New York. So our votes do matter.
yeah, but the delegates technically dont have to vote for ''joe'' thats how bush got inUnless they are obligated to vote for "Joe". not every state is though, not sure exact number, but i think its only a few that make them vote based on the popular vote of their state
