Are you shure I died? Though I may be dead physically, if someone erases all records of my existance, then i never existed and therefore, never died. This has happend in Tianamen Square, where they falsified records and people truely believed that no one died, all statements saying that they did happen, were retracted, no one could prove it, so technically no one died. The line between reality and truth can be blurred.

iirc it's in done filming, and in post production ...even if it's not, the script for The Hobbit hasn't even been written yet (have to wait till the writers strike to be done)
