@shadow551991 @spammehardo @jecomans @Uangry did you actually play chaos theory? that game was easier than the first 2 and the first one where you could run and gun, sure you had a health bar but you also had healing spots all over the lvls so it didn't really matter.

@picho86 @stan_boyd does it matter, would you also like to know what size pants I wear, or whether I like long walks on the beach? really if you don't like toms reviews then why bother reading them? just so you can yell and scream and whine about how lifes not fair cause someone doesn't agree with your standards?

@picho86 @stan_boyd so a 10/10 is a low score? yeah he gave mario galaxy 2 a 10/10 that is so much lower than everyone else.

@picho86 @stan_boyd I never said he had no life, just that he is a hypocrite. Seems people don't have any sense of logic around here. They claim Tom is biased because he doesn't like games that rely on nostalgia, BUT the thing is those people are also biased because they are nostalgic about this game. This game does nothing special in todays market, name one feature this game has that is new and innovative? you can't, how many games have we had where you jump on enemies to kill them, how many games have we had where you stack objects to reach higher places, how many games have we had where you follow the pattern on a boss til he stops long enough for you to hit him. Its great for me and you that we have this nostalgia and can enjoy the game for what it WAS, but newer generation gamers, or people who never bothered to play duck tales as a kid will see this game for what it IS, a dated platformer that doesn't stand up in todays market, just like what Tom saw.

Bah ha ha ha Sonicgod continuously says how Tom is a biased reviewer and that his scores are unfair then I look at what Sonicgod has reviewed he gave COD:MW2 3 scores one for each platform and the gave them 1.5, 1.5 and 1.0 hmmm sounds a little biased don't it?

@Galiard @The_Deepblue no this game does not hold up well today, it uses the same mechanics of the hundreds of platformers that came after it therefore to anyone not playing this game with nostalgia glasses will just see it as a clone of hundreds of other games.

@Byks @stan_boyd @Galiard has he? you just said the average person, who is the average person though? the 30 year olds who played this game as a kid and have fond memories of the game? what about the 15 year olds who haven't? what about the 30 year olds who never got into gaming til this generation? you say his review is biased, but you look at alot of the other reviews and they say they loved the game as a kid which means they to are biased cause they are reviewing based on nostalgia and not on the merits of games today. I have yet to see a single review on any game on any site that does not have people that disagree. Some people say TLOU is a masterpiece that deserves a 10, others say the AI is crap and it deserves less, some say RE6 is a 8 others say its a 2, you say this game is great, tom says its not. Just because someone disagrees with someone else does not mean they are wrong, Millions of people love Justin Bieber millions more hate him, Millions of people love COD million more do not.

@Byks sooooo what is ducktales, maybe I never played it, maybe I wasn't born in the NES are, so its still ducktales and its remastered, that tells younger players who do frequent this site nothing, what a great review.
