@proceeder splinter cell is different from MGS and has a different fanbase, I hate MGS, the story in it is so convoluted that I think its stupid, but some people like that, also I like how Splinter Cell has been about staying in the shadows instead of behind walls and under cardboard boxes. yes they are both stealth games but they are also very different in both gameplay and story.

@spammehardo @jecomans @Uangry its called options, you can play how you want, there is nothing forcing you to sneak in skyrim but I still made an assassin character, there is nothing forcing you to be play as blanka in Street Fighter but I do, if you want to play stealthy then play stealthy if you want to run and gun then run and gun, either option is viable and therefore playable by two different types of people, I personally will play it both ways, adds replayability for me.

@zenarcherx for some people nostalgia is not enough, tom loves platformers he plays alot of them, so to him the game just might not have aged well as platformers have progressed immensely since the NES days. Just like I used to love the original castlevania now I don't because I played symphony of the night which was way better and makes the original seem like crap.

I own a 360 right now, and have yet to decide on my next gen, but because of this new spike in fanboy wars everyone instantly assumes that because i have give my own reviews on 360 games that I am definetly a xbox fanboy and will be getting the xbone and use that as if its a bad thing, an insult, heck I am thinking of going PC just to get out of this stupid fanboyism.
