Well, they certainly could use the billion dollars from the console versions to make the PC version be excellent. Now like the half assed GTA 4 PC port.
I've been watching a let's play of Beyond Two Souls. It has a good story, interesting characters, nice looking sets. It works great AS A MOVIE! Not a video game.
When a game is telling me exactly what buttons to press, it's not a game. In a game the player should decide what to do, not the game. Also, if I wanted to watch a movie, I would be watching a movie. Which is why I avoid actually playing games like Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls like the plague.

@ForceofNature9 I don't know about that. There's some really good pre-1994 video game music. Sure, they were limited by the technology they were using, but they used it to make some great music. I mean, the music in Final Fantasy isn't good just because it's in Final Fantasy, it's just plain good.
I agree that it's partly nostalgia. However, some video game music is just plain awesome! The Halo OSTs stand out as among the best. It's also amazing how many genres can be found lumped into video game soundtracks, some even in the same game. I think It depends on the sort of mood they wanted the game to have, what genre they put in.
Well, considering how Valve works, I'm not surprised how long it's taking to make HL3, if they ever do. Somebody has to say, "Hey, guys, we should, like, totally make HL3!" And then a bunch of others have say, "Yeah, man, we should totally do that!" Then they have to move their desks together and start actually making the game.
