@Thanatos2k: They are over compensated for the amount of actual work they actually put in to a game. Not to mention, their "talent" is easily replaced without loss of quality. They over-value themselves.
@Ripper_TV: Voice actors arent employees. They are contract workers that show up for maybe a week or two. Yet somehow they feel they are more entitled than everyone else that is far more integral to the success of the game.
@gamingdevil800: Once you give the union a strike mandate, you lose all rights. They dont need to present any offers to the membership for votes. The small extremist element of the union now controls everything and there's nothing you can do about it.
There are very few voice actors that are worth anything. And they get work and pay easily. There's a reason most gamers play with subtitles turned on...

Likely more professional protesters and hardcore unionists than actual voice actors. Everyone else that works for a living would jump at the offer they received. nothing is good enough for the "entitled". Let them stay out of work, join the other 75% of game devs and stop hiring union actors.
