ok, i've done alot of searching. and theres alot of variables in buying a monitor for use with the PS3. Like does the monitor have to be HDCP compliant for me to play games. i could care less about watching movies. Also will i be able to just connect the PS3 straight to the monitor no computer?

If some one could just point me out at a monitor that I can use with my PS3, worry free, garaunteed to work, no stretching, 720p at the minimum that'd be soooo much easier.

If you haven't tried the Devil May Cry series or God of War series i'd suggest those. SOCOM: Combined Assault if you like military type games.

Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 is the best of them all. I'd say. Fast paced, it has those power struggles when 2 fighters both shoot energy beams at the same time, when you hit a guy and send him flyin you can do the move where they teleport right behind them and hit them again. That can be done up to like 3 times. All the famous moves are there. Alot of characters. Plenty of replay value. And only $20 bucks!

Resistance is hard! I just got a PS3 today and resistance and boy its harder than i thought. not a run and gun. you have to take cover!

Ok so I just got a PS3. Can you believe the sales guy from best buy tried to sell me a intercooler because " these things overheat often".

So let me start the questions.

1. How long is Sony's warranty. What does it cover/ Can I extend it?

2. What are some cool online demo's, trailers, goodies etc. from the Playstation store or anywhere else?

3. What cool things can I do with the PSP and PS3?

4. What games are available for PSP through PS3 only?

5. Would you recommend gaming in 480p or 1080i? For some reason my tv doesn't have 720p.

every time i try to set it to that (using component, tv doesn't have hdmi) it like splits the XMB into 3 and squishes the letters together.

6. What cool things can I do with Linux?

Hows the specs on this one? It has an HDMI port so I wouldn't need to use a converter. But as far as contrast ratio and response time how is it?

I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to technical specs and what to look for. But I know if I want to play a PS3 on a monitor it needs to be HDCP. With that being said I came up with this one.

If any of you have/are using a monitor how does it look. I've heard sometimes the picture will stretch. Will this be the case on the one listed? What size/resolution is recommened. I know i'd like atleast 20 in'. But as far a resolution im clueless.
