Wales seems to be the New Jersey of the U.K. Compared to England, Ireland, and Scotland it isn't mentioned much. Why? I don't know! Let us appreciate Wales for once!

First some great welsh bands!

1. Super furry animals

This band has been one of my favorites for years. They do psychedelic pop better than anyone. MGMT try to be as cool as them, but they fail.

2. Manic street preachers

This is one of the best albums of the 90s. Also the three people on that album cover are not band members.

3. Feeder

I am not a big fan of this band, but some may be into their odd sound.

4. Badfinger

This band were one of the power pop bands of the 60s. Many saw them as being heirs to the Beatles.

5. Catatonia

6. Gorky's zygotic mynci

This is from their album Barafundle. They are kinda like the super furry animals, but not really.

7. Stereophonics

This is the band's first and best album.

8. Magenta

Woo Welsh prog rock!

9. The Reasoning

10. Lostprophets

I am not a fan of them personally, but they are worth a mention.

Has anyone ever been to this website? I discovered an article on StumbleUpon from one of its writers for a 9/11 conspiracy theory that just blew my mind.

Particle beam technology?! The FBI controlling our brains in order to serve the higher-up alien masters that were covered up in the 1950's?! The truth is out, my friends. 9/11 was a ploy made by COINTELPRO with alien technology in order to further control our minds until they can... do something.
