They aren't overrated. It's just that nobody is dominant this year. They're undefeated, and they play in a big conference, so let them have #1 for now. They'll lose soon, just like everybody else. This year is about parody, so don't be upset when someone holds the top spot for a couple weeks. It will change.

That screenshot is clearly from a debug vesion of Mass Effect, which means that it is an earlier version of the game on Xbox 360, or possibly the as yet unfinished PC version.

Tom Brady is the biggest source of the teams success, and he's like the 10th member of the Brady Bunch family. They are good, people look for reason to hate on them. That is the only reason.

I hate the Red Sox, because their fans are the biggest group of bandwagoners I have ever seen. Their die-hard fans are also some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met. Grow up in Connecticut I had to listen to it, going to school in Upstate New York I had to listen to it. They don't so much as root for the Red Sox to win as root for the Yankees to lose. Up until a couple years ago when the Red Sox finally won they were some of the most bitter sports fans I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.

They accuse the Yankees of buying championships, but if the Yankees have shown anything over the years, it's that paying more for star players hasn't ever really helped them win championships. In my opinion, the Red Sox might actually be the first major league baseball team to ever buy a World Series championship.

The Patriots are going to win. Aside from a personal bias, I'm not sure how anybody can bet the other way right now. The Patriots defense is as good as it has ever been, and in the past they have beaten the Colts on that fact alone. Now though, their offense is as good as if not better than the Colts.

Of course, anything can happen, but to bet against the Patriots is, in my opinion, a bad bet.
