Nope, but I do have a link to a really "cool" pc, which might make the OP change their minds about the power of liquid cooling lol: http://www.hardcorecomputer.com/

Are you saying it doesn't sit at 50% since you overclocked it or that it does sit at 50% since you overclocked it? CPU usage will depend on your spec and what else is going on in the background. It's perfectly normal for a CPU to bounce all over the place as it eprforms different tasks, most of which you won't have initiated. For comparison: My C2D at 2GHz sits at around 30% when watching a dvd, with a few Firefox windows open and a few messenger windows open as well as having the normal Firewall and Antivirus sitting in the background.

You shouldn't need to ring MS even when reactivating as long as you don't do it too much. If you reactivate more than a certain number of times in a set period you will need to ring them up. After 3-6 months or so IIRC this counter is reset.

Are you planning to do a lot of overclocking? If you don't want your PC to sound like a freight train then you may only need a much cheaper case. For comparison: I have a Q6600 at 3GHz, RAM at 832MHz and a 4870 all in a mATX case with only two case fans on minimum speed. The case never goes over 30 degrees. and no components are even close to overheating. Of course, if you still feel like you need the extra cooling or extra room (for mods :D) then the Antex 900/1200 are good choices. Just remember: airflow in one direction only, front to back is best. I used to have a case where the airflow from front to back was good enough to spin a case fan on the side without it being on lol.

If it's green and it's on a computer it's probably 3.5mm.

MOCHIRON_MAN: A 4850 runs hotter than that even at idle.

zaphod: I would recommend doing what MOCHIRON_MAN suggested and turning off Overdrive, although it should be pointed out that ATi do say that it is a safe overclock which is why it's an option in the software and you don't have to do it manually.

35% Is light use for Windows, it's not uncommon for it to be using upto 50%. This is in order to make your PC run more smoothly.

79 degrees isn't anything out of the ordinary for a 4850. I would first recommend updating your Catalyst drivers to the most recent and also make sure your DirectX is up to date. Have you checked to make sure all fans are running and are not clogged with dust?

Does this happen at the same point on any game or is it isolated?

The 4850 is notorious for running extremely hot, your temps aren't that far off. If you would like to cool the card further, consider using an aftermarket cooler. Zalman make some nice ones and they are quiet too.
