After playing Medal of Honor I have to say this game might go down as 2010's biggest dissapointments. Don't get me wrong, I think th game is pretty sweet. I am really enjoyed the campaign, but it did have its fair share of flaws and was much shorter than expected. First off, for a game that used the Unreal 3 engine, I was let down by the texturing and jaggies throughout. The enviroments did look pretty hot, but the sky often looked like some oil painting and the characters just didn't look as well rendered as competiting games. Worst of all the framerate dropped hard in some spots and there were some odd discoloring effects. Overal, I did enjoy the campaign but I think Danger Close should have added co-op or at least made it longer and less scripted. For a game trying hard to dethrone COD, this sure wasn't the best effort you could have put forward.

As for MP, well its a load of fun and it plays fast, but it just doesn't have enough dept of weapons or options to keep players playing this game long term. Good thing EA has the online pass for this game because I can see a ton of copies ending up on Gamestop shelves by the time COD Black Ops comes out. Hate to admit, but the should have copied the kill cam option from COD because you get shot so often in MOH by sniper fire and you can't tell where it came from. So far alot of campers on this game and its just a couple days old.

If I have to rate this game, I will give it a solid 8. It does enough well, and sorta sets its own identity from other shooters but at the same time comes up short for a game that shoulda been longer, deeper, and more polished. MOH feels like a game that could have used about 6 months more developement time. Oh well, maybe next time EA.

If you are a PS3 owner and you want to hook up for a few matches please add my tag.....NewfieBullit. Oh, don't bother adding me if you don't have a mic. Thanks.

Does anyone have any idea when the beta for Ghost Recon:Future Soldier will be coming out. It was originally supposed to be released this past summer and it was the securing factor in my purchase of Splinter Cell:Conviction. I have been eagerly awaiting to try this game out especially since I loved the past two Advanced Warfighter games. I am pretty sure UBI Soft will do a great job with this game and I expect the mp options to be through the roof once again. Anyhow, I was just wondering if anyone heard news on the beta because news on this game has pretty much died since they pushed the release date back. Just one more great game to look forward to in 2011. Later Recon fans!

Hey Naveed...I was kinda wondering the same thing as you in regards to the lifespan or durability of the new Xbox 360S. I have gone through several Xbox 360s since 2005. I had the limited Halo3 (green) console and it was working fine, but I decided to trade it in for a 250 gig Elite a few months back. My Elite is working great so far, but I did go out and get a 4gig Xbox 360S for my bedroom. I am hoping the newer systems will be better than the older consoles but it would be nice to get some feedback from current owners who have being playing them alot.

As far as Halo, I still love the franchise and Halo Reach is definitely a fantastic game and a fitting final title from Bungie. Although Bungie will no longer handle the franchise I am very confident we haven't seen the last of the Halo games. Halo is Microsofts cash cow so to speak so they have too much to lose should they not make more games in the series. 343 Studios is handling the next games and I am willing to place bets it will be a return of Master Cheif and quite possibly Halo 4. I am pretty sure that they will keep going with the FPS type of gameplay but I wouldn't be suprised to see some more spin off titles like we saw with Halo Wars.

So, go out and get that new 360 cause you owe it to yourself to play Halo Reach...its just that darn good!

I am playing Arcania right now and I have to admit, its not too bad. If it is priced right it would be another good RPG adventure to undertake. This game is very reminisent of Oblivion but thats not such a bad comparison. Only grip I had for the most part is the stuttering frame rate. Lets hope they iron out those bugs before release.

just thought I would let everyone know that I logged on to PSN this morning and the PS Store was back up and running. It must have been a maintenance issue. Check out the Enslaved Demo. Its pretty sweet. Seems like a cross between Uncharted 2, and Heavenly Sword! Not a bad combo. This game has sweet graphics for sure and plays pretty tight too.

Since I downloaded the 3.50 update I can't gain access to the Playstation Store. It tells me that it is unavailable in my region, but I live in Canada and I have been using the store ever since I bought a PS3. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If anyone knows a solution to this please send me a message.

You can add me to your list if you like. I won't be on much, as I am busy playing Halo Reach, but when I do boot up the trusty PS3 my game of choice is Uncharted 2. I have a mic, and I love the co-op stuff. So add NewfieBullit if you want another Uncharted player. See ya soon.

Just to update you guys, I went out and got a brand new Xbox 360 S. It's only the 4 gig model but I am using it for my bedroom so I can play wirelessly. I also have several USB sticks around the house that work fine as memory so I am all good. I wasn't going to get the model S at first but after I saw Best Buy was offering a promo with a free copies of MW2 and SC:Conviction I decided to trade in the games I already had as credit toward purchase. I basically had to pay the difference. Needless, to say I am very happy!

Besides, who needs COD Black Ops when Halo Reach will be the biggest and best multiplayer game of the year. I will also be taking my money and putting it down on Medal of Honor. Hopefully EA does right by this series and its fans and keeps DLC pricing in check.

This is one guy who will not buy COD Black Ops even though I know I will have lots of friends trying to persuade me.

Just wondering if I should trade my current Xbox 360 (Jasper Unit) with a 250 gig hard drive for one of the new redesigned ones. Those systems look really cool and I hear they are pretty sweet. I like the whole WiFi aspect because I would like to play games in my bedroom but I don't want to have to run a 50 ft ethernet cable to do it. To be honest, I really don't like the loud humming noise that my current model makes either. I find it can be distracting at times. Personally I love the look of the new unit and it will be Kinect ready without any extra hookups so thats a bonus.

If my current model was really old, this would be a no brainer but problem is I just traded my Wii and some games back in March to get it. I would just like to know from you guys if you would hang on to the one you have or splurge on the newer model. I am low on funds so I would have to trade my current model to do it.

Suggestions welcome!
