Seems Namco are very pleased with the way the 360 is performing to first make Ace Combat an exclusive and now this. Not hugely excited about this game but it's good news for the 360.Tamashii-sosakuEarly on exclusives dont mean a whole lot, especially if they appear on the first console out.

Tales is one of the most renown jrpg of all time definitely on par with final fantasy but i herd it was going to be a wii game and they would be caring on the tales of symphonia oh well. I must of miss read it.spatan11711Cant be to good if they're throwing it to the dogs.
so i bought this controller adapter to use my ps2 controllers on my ps3 at frys yesterday..and sometimes i can go a whole game using it but most of the time, it freezes..any ideas?langer25Not using PS3 controlers is pretty stupid.
Sony is now making profit on each unit sold. The PS3 is now ahead of the PS2 predicted sales. They're doing just fine.not to start an arguement, but I was at gamestop the other day and one of the clerks was talking to a man that had a over heating problem on his ps3 that was like 1 week old. Anyhow the clerk told the man that he should trade his ps3 in since it was new, but not only that he said to trade it in for a 360 because "the ps3 won't be made any longer if they don't have a good holiday season" now i have a 360 and i guess would be a 360 fan but, i still couldn't believe it. has anyone heard anything about this?

Wait a tick! i remember reading that Blueray Disks only go to the max of 50GB on like 4 layers. iv never heard of any blue ray disks over 50 beying madehofuldigBD is around 25gig per layer. Dual Layer is the largest used format in use however 200gig+ disks are in dev for future format revisions.
BluRays have had a compression routine from Day 1 - yes. But at the same time everyone knows that they launched too early, and none of their advertised routines were ready from launch. Their compressions where bad, not working properly, and on quite a few titles had to be re-manufactured due to compression issues. And sure the price is high on Dual layering BluRays, but that doesn't change the fact that Sony just couldn't get the Layers to work at all for a year into their lifespanCrimsonpugTwoNo BD launched on time. The compression worked fine day 1, becuase they waited for it to be ready. No titles had to be remade due to compression problems becuase there wasnt any. Dual Layer BD has worked since the PS3 launched, there hasnt been any issues with it other than price. Dude, I dont know why the hell you're making all this crap up.
.I never stated that LO wouldn't have compression. Of course it will be compressed, it'll be compressed even more than any PS3 game. I'm just saying that DVDs, as an established format, have much better and efficient compression techniques than the BluRay format. Heck DVDs have a better compression than HD-DVD as well. Just as DVDs have a much higher Read rate than BluRays and HD-DVD as well.CrimsonpugTwoBD and HDDVD both use vastly improved compression tech over DVD which is why they're possible. BD and HDDVD have a higher read rate than DVD does.
Lost Oddysee has tons more data than RaCF, and therefore will need more compression and obviously more discs. I LOVE the overall space on a BD disc. Its great for films and games. Its just PS3 games are BARELY compressed at all, BECAUSE they have more disc space, and the games haven't grown that much to require the compression to fit on a huge BD disc. So since RaCF isn't that compressed, using its uncompressed gigs to compare it to a compressed game isn't all that similar. See what I'm saying here?CrimsonpugTwoAll PS3 titles are heavily compressed. Comparing 24bit 7.1 Uncompressed (Which is compressed, just not lossey which the name is referring to) sound however is very close to comparing h264 compress HD video, which is why I made the connection.
