That's actually not true at all. If they games are rendered in a game engine, physics are very easy to keep realtime, even if AI is removed. And DX10.1 isn't the standard, DX10 isn't even the standard yet.
1 You clearly didnt understand what was stated 2. DX10.1 is the latest standard you wont find new gaming hardware without.
Bad compant is looking awesome. Heroes...I love the idea but after seeing the trailer it seems dumbed down...and I play console shooters=p I dont think ill get bad company I just hope that BF3 has the destructible environments when its released. I read alot of stuff about BF3: 40 vs 40 maps, lots of guns and vechicles but nothing about the environements.rzepak
bad Companys destrucable stuff is faked really poorly. Basicly they just remove preset parts of items and cover the animation with smoke. Its super lame.

The OS is not the limiting factor for PC games, it's the hardware.

So Vista isnt slower on the same hardware as XP, the hardware magicaly runs slower, just as XP was slower than 2k, and 2k was slower than 98 right? It must be the hardware slowing down.
