Naughty Dog is owned by Sony. Ever heard of a first party developer?

And yet many of the people playing the game now are enjoying it. I rarely take reviews seriously anymore, because many times they rush through a game just to review it on time. There have been games that got average reviews that I still loved.

Even with their new ideas (Wii Sports, Pushmo, Luigi's Mansion, Pikmin, etc.) they do a great job. Nintendo always focuses on gameplay and fun factor. Perhaps other developers should learn from that.

Big budget movies are expensive to produce also, but we still get original ideas there.

What about Nintendo? They don't rush their games or prioritize money over making a quality product.

Well indie movies aren't more successful than epic Hollywood productions.

So the driving physics in DriveClub are bad? It's an arcade racer, not a sim. Not every racing game has to be a sim.
