Except for the sometimes dumb AI, I've never had a problem with the game and I've been playing it since launch.

If you're going to use a controller use a 360 controller, the PS3 controller is horrible for FPS games.

I really don't know why it has dynamic graphics memory... and also... it has a AMD Turion II M500 2.2GHz 1MB L2 cache instead of the Core 2 Duo mentioned before...

You want a graphics card with dedicated memory, 512mb is what you should be after, 256mb being the absolute minimum.

I will always buy Nvidia cards, for all the talk about ATi being better they seem to always be the first people to have problems with games. Nvidia go to extra lengths to make sure their product is well supported and I see no reason for them to make sure ATi cards work with games that they help with development for free.

It's up to ATi to do their job, not Nvidia.

Sounds like intergrated graphics card so probably not very well.

Ideally you want a laptop with dedicated graphics like 9600GT (if you're going for a cheaper laptop), that would handle the games you mentioned fairly well on pretty good settings.
