Yeah I was sick of the grinding, that's why I quit a few months ago when the expansion came out. I played from day 1 upto that point. I enjoy having the time to do other things now or play other/better games. If you put all that time into it and you arn't having fun then you should not continue to play it. One days they'll close the servers and you'll have nothing except a lot less money and a lot of lost time. You should use your time to create new memories that you'll remember forever, not memories of killing X amount of virtual things to get X amount of virtual money.
Hey did they take the video down or osmething? I watched it about an hour ago and wanted to show a friend but it's not on the Rock Band gamespace anymore.
I have Dead Rising and it's at the bottom of my game stack. I havn't played it in a long time. I still play Saints Row and I play it for long periods of time. It's more entertaining for me and offers more things to do. I personally like the respect system SR offers, it makes me do all the side missions which I doubt i'd get around to do if I just played the main story line. (I love the assassination side missions). I also love the graphics/physics in Saints Row. I actually got killed by a door that flew off a car I blew up! I can't get over that... SR is great fun and will hold you over till GTAIV if you're into sandbox type games.
**** son if you want a realistic grand theft auto experience just do it in real life. Way better graphics and pretty realistic vehicle handling. No I havnt tried the wheel in those games.
I have Gears of War and I hate it. For all the same reasons that other people have posted in this thread (boring, etc). I'd trade it in if I didn't have the urge to have a big stack of games to show off.
