While, Ps2 got a lot of bad press over its first few DRE faulty consoles, and heck even tons of people complained about the Wiistrap... a strap.

And yet, we here these 360 fanboys with quotes like, "it only broken down once, and its the best game machine ever."

And then there's people like "well mine didn't break down."

You have to admit its rather rediculous to deny the fact that the console does break down occasionally, and there's even a whole thread for it. It is really horrible from a customer standpoint, and getting these repair warranties shouldn't have happened in the first place.

All in all, just accept that your systems breaking down is an unacceptable issue. It has nothing to do on how good your system is.

It would be better if you suck it up, and then just point out the more positive features of your system instead of denying that your  system series as a whole has some fault issues. And yes, businesses do make these risks, even for faulty hardware to save costs, which is odd, because I expected from their large business funds it shouldn't have happened. It may have just been a problem from a design standpoint, no?

That it's the game that matters.

Now nobody can deny that these r the current 4 biggest games of the 360 and the word shooter is synonyms with ALL of them.Now lets see some other big games.

Lost Oddysey=Well i'l give u this no problems ofcourse provided if the game doesnt flop.

Alan Wake=Well again it's a SHOOTER.This is getting disgusting.

Now let's move on to the ps3's big exclusives and see how much diversified it truly is.

FFXIII=A standard JRPG.

MGS4=An action stealth game.

GOW3=A hack and slash action adventure.

So can u see that the ps3's 3 biggest exclusives r COMPLETELY different than each other.Now let's take a look at some others.

Tekken 6=A 3d fighting game.

SOTC2=An adventure game.

Resistance 2=Not earth shattering material but this one has the potential of being the first exclusive AAA shooter for the ps3.

I like shooters but this is insanity with the xbox 360.I know that there will be plenty of multiplat games in the future which will diversify 360's library but all of them will also be on the ps3.I am sorry but xbox 360 should only be the primary console of a SHOOTERS FREAK.

I challenge the lemmings to counter my statements.

Wait a minute, in FF games you can have characters shoot, is it a shooter ??? Is Oblivion a shooter, since i can go about shooting fireballs. And of course every game is a shooter, since you can shoot things in a way or another

MGS4 is a shooter too you know

But other than that, frankly now, Alan Wake, Mass Effect, Bioshock are NOT shooters, fleshing out a reality that involves shooting in real time, means making a part of the game a shooter, that is not a negative thing as you suggest, in fact it is more immersive than shooting FROM A DAMN MENU !!!!! Like in FF games

The diversity is definatly there though, Bioshock will be a TOTALLY different experience from Mass Effect or Halo 3, or Gears 2, or Too Human, or Alan Wake, tell me i am wrong

A shooter is primarily based on shooting like GeoW.And i never said that mass effect is a full blown shooter.

As for alan wake i may be wrong here.Isnt this game supposed to be the next max payne and last i heard max payne was afull blown shooter.

I have heard NO one, not a single person compare alan wake to max payne.

Once again, not a "full blown shooter" as you intelligently put.

Calling Alan Wale and Mass Effect ...shooters, is a VERY desparate attempt i agree, i can't wait for FF13 to come to 360 though, imagine the blow to those still saying 360 is only shooters, especially those that keep saying it although 360 has 7x the RPG's of PS3 and Wii right now
