PS2 sold more for the month of March so it just might be a fad. You keep giving me same ol Nintendo games give a new IP.

The Gamecube capped at 21 million units sold. Will the Wii surpass this? Maybe, but it needs titles other than Mario, mario and more mario for a change. It's selling cause it's the cheapest thing available and the younger audience has their parents buying it and the whole "keeping up with the Jones'" thing really comes up when it comes to what you buy your kids.SkyCastleDan

Considering a low graphics machine is completely obliterating the competition. Even at only $50 more, the 360 doesn't stand a chance, as they can't even keep the wii on the shelves. Imagine when they actually meet demand. 

Nothing will beat the DS next month, more so, the DS is on track to out sell the PS2 in a few years.

 

Now back to the thread topic: WILL THE PS3 FINALLY sell more units than the GBA? If logic dictates that the trend for so many months continues the answer is a very short:

 

NO!

 

Another question comes to mind; will the L33T 360 sell more than the PS3?

But PSP is getting FF7 Crisis Core. Do you expect Square to go backwards?

Square like Capcom is no longer making games exclusivly for PS3. Square is showing huge support for Nintendo more so then Sony. There is absolutly no reason a FF7 remake wouldn't come to a Nintendo platform.

If they really have to do an FF remake instead of a sequel to one of their other older games, why can't it be FF6? :|Jagazaar
