The Miami Dolphins

got their first win last weekend. One of my predictions for this season gone sour. :(. However, I dont condone losing, and I am proud of Cam Cameron for finally leaving the field ahead on the scoreboard as a head coach. Congrats. :D. I only wish you beat a more worthy team (Baltimore? puh-leese!)

On Pace...

for a 16-0 team (Partiots), and and 0-16 team (Dolphins) to happen in the same season. IN THE SAME DIVISION! This is really crazy. No one expected anyone to have an unbeaten regular season team, and now I believe it is about to happen. I mean its not like the 2006-2006 Colts, because no one in football has ever dominated to the extent the Pats have. They have by far the best Passing attack, a good running back in Laurence Maroney, and one of the best defenses in the NFL. To Bill Belechick, I commend you.

On the other hand, we have poor Cam Cameron, rookie coach for the 0-13 Miami Dolphins. This team wasnt that great to start off, but after losing their star running back (Ronnie Brown) for the season, as well as their QB (Trent Green). THe Dolphins are in a world of hurt, and even though they've probably alread clinched the 1st pick in the draft, they're still straddling a totally beaten season. Good luck with the next Jamarcus Russell. He's a stud, OH WAIT! HE'S NEVER PLAYED AN NFL DOWN!

BTW, today's my b-day. 16 FTW!

EDIT: MY BAD! JR did play sme NFL downs...7 OF THEM...IN ONE GAME...AGAINST DENVER...BUT WHO GIVES A DAMN!

what a week of college football.

1. #1 ranked LSU falls to Arkansas in triple overtime. i almost wet myself i was so exciting.

2. USC rolled Arizona State, while Oregon was shutout by UCLA, putting USC in the Pac-10 driver's seat panding next week's game against UCLA.

3. #2 Kansas fell to #4 Missouri, putting the tigers in the championship game against Oklahoma.

4. The streak of Kentucky losses to Tennesee increased to 23 when Kentucky lost in 4 overtimes, after making a 10 point comback in the 4th quarter, and having a game-winning field goal blocked. This game I actually did wet myself. jk.

5. Hawaii won the WAC title, and stayed undefeated by beating Boise State.

6. Tennessee punched it's ticket to the SEC title game against LSU with the thrilling 52-50 win over Kentucky.

7. 4 teams in the AP top 10 lost for the 2nd time this year, and AP ranked number 1 and 2 fell on the same week for the 2nd time as well.

8. Boston College beat Miami, and Virginia Tech beat Virginia. BC and VT will face off in the ACC championship game in Jacksonville.

9. #3 West Virginia rolled #20 Connecticut, and all but clinched the Big East title, however, with a win against Pittsburgh next week, they will be going to the national championship.

the Big Ten is still indecided, and the "Championship game" will be between Michigan and Ohio State next week. Winner punches its ticket to the rose bowl, or in Ohio State's case (if Missouri loses to Oklahoma), the National Championship.

I took a leave of abscence from Club Whatever

With school getting so busy, i decided to take a vacation from leading club whatever, I named Marksman2200 the Acting Leader for a month, and then I'll reevaluate whether or not to resume my post. Once football ends I should have a lot more free time.

Homecoming and Homework

I play my homecoming football game tonight, I've got the dance on Saturday, and a ton of homework in between, so dont expect me to be on GSa lot this weekend.
