I want a new gaming system now, not a next-gen system like the xbox one or ps4 at the moment, no real reason to wait til November for pretty much the same games and the exclusives are nothing I'm looking forward to atm. So which system would make sense to get right now? I have had a ps3 and xbox 360 in the past, NEVER a Wii-U. The library of Wii & Wii-U games is pretty nice, and I haven't touched the whole library. Games like Zelda Windwaker, Skyward Sword, Smash Bros, New Mario Games, etc are very intresting to me as well. BUT, games like The Last of Us, GTA V and sports games I am interested in too.

BTW - I am also a heavy PC gamer so a lot of the games I'll just get on my PC like Arkham Origins, Titanfall, etc.

But the Wii-U offers a new experience, new game library and some nostalgia from me as a kid playing Nintendo.

The PS4 seams to be the most attractive choice with a lot of cool new games coming out, but remember most of them I can play and LOOK BETTER on my monster gaming PC. The 3DS has a totally new catalog of titles to choose from. I do want to play some sports games like NHL 14, The Show and Madden though..

Well yeah, there's titles I want on every one of those consoles. The games look the most appealing and I played the least amount on the 3DS, the PS3 looks to be the 2nd best choice and the hardest would be for me to just keep my preorder and bite the bullet and see if the PS4 is worth it.

Hey guys so for right now I have been gaming on my monster PC with a GTX 690 and an Ivy bridge 3570K, 16GB of ram, etc and it's great. I am trying to get some more variety to my gaming experience right now and am thinking of getting a console, so I decided on preordering a PS4 for exclusives such as God of War, Final Fantasy, Killzone, sports titles and old PS store classics, etc. Now I am having second opinions about it. It is basically just updated visuals, streaming and a few exclusives that I am not 100% are worth it, although I do want to play the new sports games as well as other titles. I have some options please help me decide which one to go for.

#1 - Keep my preorder for my PS4 - It comes with Watchdogs and an extra controller, I got it for cheaper on eBay around $430 (yeah I got lucky)

#2 - Get a refund for that and get a cheaper PS3 off eBay and some titles I really want to play like "The Last of Us", GTA V, NHL 14, Madden 25, now and see how the launch goes for the new system before I jump all over it.

#3 - Go a totally different route, get my money back and maybe go for a Nintendo 3DS portable system which has A LOT of good DS and 3DS games I would want to play such as Zelda, Castlevania, Mario and a bunch other games I'd love to play and I haven't touched a Mario game in years.

# Remember I have a ton of games on my PC and I know a lot of the next gen games as well as current gen will come to PC, just not the exclusives #

Thanks!

I know I'm not a level 10 yet but please help! I am working on the rank!

I'm primarily a PC gamer, and I already preordered my PS4 Launch Day edition with Watchdogs and extra controller, but I've been looking into possibly acquiring a portable gaming system. I was actually looking at the 3DS for a change of pace for me, and maybe get into the old school Nintendo titles I've long not played such as Zelda, Mario, etc. Do you guys think getting a Nintendo 3DS to go a long with my PS4 and PC would definitely be a change of pace and offer some more variety to my gaming arsenal?
