I am torn between these games, and i will be picking one of them up tomorrow. I had a few questions that might influence my decision.

-Is warhawk only online? that is to say, if i just want to play with a friend, is that possible?

-Ive never played another Metroid prime game, is that an issue at all?

-If anyone happens to own both of these games, which do you personally enjoy more, and why?

for 360 you need a mic with a mini-plug, usb won't work. I dont' know what your budget is but have a look at these. Tritton AX360 link You should be able to find them at newegg (us) or tiger direct (ca) if you're in north america. If you're in the UK a different manufacturer sells them, i don't remember the name.kidkit

So, will i just not be able to use the mic, or will I not be able to hear anything from the headphones?

[QUOTE="themadlbb"]The people at Gamestop make the card sound very good, yet very vague, because in reality it is a huge ripoff. As the guy said, end up getting about 2% or so off of USED games. I bought an Edge card, and i will definitely not be renewing it. Gamestop does not hesitate to make a quick buck, even at the expense of a valued custumer.MxPxPunk

how is the card not a good deal? it's like $20, you get a subscription to game informer which also has 10% off coupons in them. if you buy a new release $50 game used, it's like $45. use your edge card plus the gameinformer card, 20$ off $45 comes to $36 for a new game. Your gonna pay taxes regardless if you have the edge card or not

The new releases on current gen consoles run $60. In theVERY RAREcircumstance that aGOOD new release is for sale used, it will then be $55. 10% off of $55 is 49.50. Another 10% is $44.55. OR you can just go to Hastings, where they mark their used games down $10 and buy them there, without spending the initial $20 on the Edge card. Now i will say this, if you were looking to buy a subscription to game informer anyway, then the Edge card is a good deal. If not, then dont bother with it. It is a thinly veiled gimmick that tricks you into buying everything from gamestop.

I am looking for a pair of headphones that will work interchangeably with my Xbox 360 and my PC. I have seen a pair of wired logitech headphones with a mic that connect through the USB port. Will these work on the Xbox 360? Will I be able to use the mic as well? Sorry if this is a noob question, but i have never used a headset for gaming before now, so any and all help is appreciated.

As you said, Ebay is best, but under no circumstances should you trade this in at gamestop. Trade it to Hastings for more money if you have to trade, but avoid GS like the plague.

It depends on what you like most. For convenience, you want the 1 8gb, for max storage you would want the 4 2gb. A happy medium is the 2 4gb. Personally, though, i like convenience, so i would go with 1 8gb.

If this is becoming an issue why not join Game Stop they give you a discount card that knocks the price off a game. And the used games are even cheaper. Another way is to just wait for the prices of these games to drop over time. But the length of a game shouldn't bethe factorover the quality, and that's what I want out of a game.

Gamestop will rape you financially at every opportunity they can get. Their "discount" card isnt free, and the measly 10% off USED games is so ridiculous its almost funny. Seriously, one of the best things gamers could do for the industry would be to stop supporting the crappy Gamestop chain, they are VERY happy to jack up prices and charge you an arm and a leg for everything.
