The 80 gig you get a game Motorstorm.FatCat360

yup, for $100 extra dollars you get 20 extra gigs and one of the most mediocre racers ever made. Sounds like a sweet deal to me! Sorry for the sarcasm, but i think it is silly not to buy the 60gb version right now. you will never fill that hard drive, unless you are a hardcore downloader, and if that is the case, will 20 more gigs make that big of a difference? Just get the 60gb and a GOOD game. if you are one of the hardcore downloaders, you could also put the extra $100 to a really big hard drive. Best option right now, and one you wont have if/when they stop producing the 60gig PS3.

yeah i have a hard drive, and i just beat the game and then i look in the achievments and i have Act 1, 4, and 5 completed and it says that i didnt complete act 2 and 3. how is that possible? and when i go to campaign i cant reload certian areas of an act or whatever. do i have to sign out before i turn off the xbox or what?Cradowns

You know what? now that you mention the specifics, i did actually have that problem one time. exact same thing, but with call of duty 2. As far as i can tell, it is just a freak thing that happens. Could be due to a lot of things, but i think it is just random and wont happen again. At least with me it hasnt.

You guys are outta your mind. $510, $1150 on video games? You need to figure out a way to turn your money into more money. Or at least find something worthy to spend it on.

Modbeat

Lol, sorry. I like having a large game budget!

Im just gonna say that i really like the fact that i can add one on later if i need to. I have a PS3, so right now im hoping blu-ray wins. But if for whatever reason they dont, i can grab the HD-DVD add on for the 360.

Dude, I am in your same predicament, ive saved up like $1150 so spend on games. I think one of the first things om going to get is a really nice set of wireless surround sound earphones with an attached mic. Thay way if youre gamin it up but need to be quiet you can still experience your games audio well, and for XBL it would be sweet. They run $104 at best buy, i might pick mine up tomorrow.

I dont know if this matters to you, but i believe the 80gb version doesnt have the backwards compatibility capabilitesthat the 60gb one has. I say go for one of your 60gb options.

Get an lcd cleaner and microfiber cloth. if that doesnt wipe them off, then they arent smudges. also, the psp will smudge while you play it unless youre wearing gloves or something, so dont get too worked up about it. Mine is scratched, that sucks much worse.

Working with xbox live is sort of like playing a really dumb fetch quest game. You talk to all the hindu's and Asians and they are sort of like the generic minions that you have to kill. Then you get transferred to a supervisor, who is just a bigger "boss" version of the generic minions, and then, finally, once you have waded through a sea of Dumbass gurgle-speaking minions and at least three bosses, you talk to the one helpful, down to earth person who is on the clock during the time you call, and he will bend over backwards to help you out, and that my friends is the random heirloom that you were sent to find in the first place. That was my experience, anyway. :)
