He didn't miss much in the new game anyway. BB was a friggen mute with no emotion for the most part. I was actually happy Keifer was voicing BB but the way he was written made it a disappointment.
@Launt: That's why I sell everything locally on Craig's or Kijiji. I sold a few consoles already and people seem to respond pretty quickly if the price is reasonable. $250 is an easy sell for these.
@Zombrex: Frameworks and formulas are fine as long as you can still be creative about it. But literally, this movie has the exact same scenarios and situations as the New Hope. You can basically take all objects, locations, and characters from A New Hope and give them different names, you have Force Awakens. Only thing fresh is a bad guy (stormtrooper in this case) betraying his people.
Even though the character motivations were the same, at least the new characters themselves seem unique and interesting. It's basically the reason why I'm looking forward to the next movies. I want to know more about Rey and Kylo.
So he admitted it was obviously intentional to copy the storyline. The characters and relationships are different but having the same storyline to carry those seems lazy to me. I'll give it a pass this time, but if I see the Strikes Back storyline rehashed in the sequel, I'm going to complain alot.
