You can buy more than one quality game with $60...like Burnout Paradise, Resistance: Fall of Man, Ninja Gaiden Sigma etc, which are all like $20 each.

Totally agree. I get annoyed when people think about a PS4 when the PS3 is still so young. A PS4 shouldn't be a topic for many, many years.

Challenge rooms with co-op would be kinda cool.

I've owned both but found the PSP has the better lasting value. It has a better library of games, multi-uses; it's simply the best bang for your buck. I love it.
