@noodles227: You must not read about businesses outside of the tech industry. There have been recent headlines all over the place about those exact issues plaguing healthcare, railroads, restaurants, teaching, etc. Spend a measly 3 seconds of your incredibly precious time to look at the news today and you'll see that nurses at two major NYC hospitals went on strike due to being overworked. Their picket signs say "I'm tired", not "I'm bored".

It also can't be easy to have played one of the most universally hated characters in TV history. Ed Helms was the main reason why The Office was so painful to watch during its last couple of seasons.
