I think much better roles could have been found for this dude…like his brief appearance in Blade Runner (2017). Just stop trying to resurrect ancient movies with the same actors, it fails every time except for very few exceptions.
Better yet, just do whatever remasters/encoding magic you can so it doesn’t look like a blurry piece of shiz on my TV and leave it alone.
If there’s that much lack of creativity in the industry where there has to be 10 sequels for the same mediocre shit then start paying me.
Piece of advice - don’t give yourself a headache researching TVs. Its simple really… if it doesn’t say OLED; then say no thank you sir. And as long as its from a reputable company from the past year or two you likely can’t go wrong.
I’m talking about the PS5 as well…all the best games in general won’t be here til ’22. And yeah- I had the same experience getting mine as well but then 1 day it was easy as chicken pie, like ordering a pair of socks…Idk if it was my particular method that time or what, but I’m surprised people are still having such difficulty. But take my word for it - its definitely not worth paying $1 extra for so patience is definitely wise.
But still doesn’t change the fact Switch is old news (I’ve already owned 4); and PS5 is still a new & highly sought after item which most people will prioritize first…especially any semi-smart investor and with the “Switch Pro” clearly on the horizon.
I can’t even tolerate headphones so I can only imagine some big hulking thing on my face…it would have to be vastly more rewarding to distract me or make the discomfort worth it.
So far all the software for these things have looked pretty underwhelming to say the least…I’d get 1 for other media purposes right now if anything but it would have to be closely equivalent or exceed what I already have which would already be the OLED/every sound tech, etc.
So that would leave compatibility across all devises, audio/vdo formats…which is probably 1 of the least things you could expect from Sony (No Dolby Atmos support for their headphones/PS5; no playback support for virtually everything on the PS5’s cruddy media player just like every console before it).
Nicolas Cage has been surprisingly consistent & yet to disappoint in his latest stream of movies…Probably because he’s just been doing his own thing or so it seems. Stupid & low-budget - yes, but on purpose of course. Still more entertaining than Keanu Reeves or any other super old actors I can currently think of.
Nobody knows about that Castlevania 64 though…smh. This is something I’d likely cop but only if it got a physical edition which any Castlevania collection would be more than deserving of.
What wasn’t missing? Nobody came with much ammo or even participated for that matter.
Perhaps there was a lack of preparation or enthusiasm for pandemic related stuff; or just laziness/disregard for the consumer…thats all it says to me when a company can’t even produce a picture/vdo to give us a little reminder if nothing else.
Didn’t know there was a Knives 1…and “hugely entertaining” in the same sentence with “old-fashioned murder mystery” doesn’t make a lot of sense…does seem to have a decent cast tho so might have to check it out.
