Wow, that sounds absolutely fascinating and makes me wanna return to theaters ASAP.
Pretty much everybody I’ve talked to and myself included who upgraded their AV equipment over the course of the lockdowns (and still trying to stay the F away from people) to the latest stuff are pretty content and agree that cinemas have lost their appeal…
But, I’m sure they’ll make a full comeback someday once they make much bigger upgrades/cool new shit that the average citizen can’t experience at home (and no longer life-threatening).
There isn’t a best yet...especially in the U.S. One might shine in 1 area or another, whether thats noise canceling, “3D audio”, etc…but I’m still waiting for that all in 1 package that meets my specs req. and won’t murder my ears after 15 minutes of use.
This is the year of the headphones, so you’d be an early adopter getting anything when they’re dropping new headphones like every month so might be worth waiting depending on your needs.
MCU doesn’t generally come to mind when you think of Anthony Bourdain…but who didn’t like the dude? Guess it can only be a good thing… last movie was pretty solid so hope they don’t stray too far away from that…”incredibly visually thrilling” sounds like a step in the right direction and about all I was hoping for.
Couldn’t be more obvious but this years E3 goes to Nintendo…then if they really wanna steal all the spotlight all they have to do is go “Check out the Switch Pro!” Then with the addition of Zelda, Metroid, and hopefully another good IP...(where tf is Starfox?)…overkill.
This car is going to murder more people because of a bug in its graphics chip or something…smarter car is = less reliable. Can’t wait for a 12 year old to hack my car while going 80mph down the highway or officer shutting the engine off etc
Well I don’t know too many people who are like “Whoohoo! Finally turned 40 baby! Time to party!”
And according to an article I read recently, everybody goes through a period of depression or feeling like an old fck once they turn 40 (unless they’re a billionaire); but on a positive note - it eventually gets better once you’re so old you just stop caring!
