I understood that statement as: There will always be death, destruction, and distraught people left from war. Nothing good comes from war. It is always sad. No matter who is fighting in the war, what tech is used, or for what reason, there will always be death and destruction.

Hence, war never changes.

Just another reason why this is such a great game. The level of detail that the go into is just amazing to me. It was awesome to be running around with Codsworth and then all the sudden he said your name.

@Acillatem1993: Wow. Complex much? I have a great rig, around $3000 put into it, and a PS4; just because I chose to play Fallout 4 on my PC doesn't mean that the PS4 is a bad machine. It's really good for the price in my opinion.
