Ok so both me and my little brother each have an XBox 360. Mine has been sent in for repair 4 times already and each time I didn't have a problem. But today my little brothers' 360 recieved that UnPlayable Disc message.

So he came to me and told me his wasn't working so I took a look at it and indeed it doesn't work. So I called Xbox Support considering the fact that my parents aren't home yet. I got through to a very polite young lady. I told her about the situation and she said she could help but she wasn't authorized to help me with repairs so I was put through to someone else.

I got put through to a very angry and impolite man who I could easily tell he hated his job. So I told him the story about my younger brothers 360. He told me that a 360 that was purchased before 2007, which his was, only recieved a 90 day warranty. Well the problem is that I purchased my 360 in 2006 annd I was able to send mine in for repair more than a year after I bought it.

I asked to speak to the man's supervisor and he said that he was the supervisor. I asked him to give us a break because he is only 8 years old. The man's exact words were, "I don't give a damn about how old he is." That really pissed me off. So I called the guy a complete (Excuse my language) jackass. And I also told him he deserved to be fired for what he just said. Then I hung up and now my 8 year old little brother is sitting in his room crying.

Poor little guy.

Yep. Signed on and I am now level 13. Awesome. Also my birthday is tomorrow. Im turning 16. And I already have a new song. Its called Johnny I hardly Knew Ya and it is by the Dropkick Murphys. Its so catchy. It is like a war song/battle cry type of thing. I am not really sure how to explain. But if you have a chance you should definately listen to it. Trust me.
