Looks pretty good, granted i dont know exactly how that converts to USD though. Think you could try for a HD4870? if not then that 4850 will do you fine untill later on. JSDempsey
$1,020 USD it is quite hard to find cheap parts in uk, well not as cheap as US

Hi, im from london. I have a 360 and ps3 so i wont no sate of the art mobo lol. I would like to play some pc games like crysis. I dont if to go for p45 which is a good value board i think its cost effective, or to get something more future proof like x38/43. However the x38/43 are a bit expensive is it worth the extra cash?

these are my other specs just need a mobo to go with them.

Core 2 Quad Q9550 4.0GB Corsair DDR2 800mhz XMS2 (2x 2GB) 750GB S-ATAII 3.0Gb/s NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT 512MB 580W Hiper Type-M Silent

yep its gordon brown. even though he lowered the vat from 17,5 to 15, and because of the dollar i think mayb prices went up for parts as in december pc computers went up. dino pc is the cheapest in the uk at the moment
