They can improve on a lot of stuff. Like when you go to jail you actually get to see what's  going on. Like you can do stuff in their. e.g. start fights and beat the **** out of your cell mate.Until you get bailed out. You can enter buildings and beat the hell out of the tenents and steal their stuff. All the ideas that people have contributed are great but....... Rockstar games isnt going to listen to us.
