Another overrated game, as if Witcher 3, Metal Gear Solid V and others wasn't enough.

In another game these cons would be more than enough to score a 7. Also, graphics aren't everything, but these graphics are shit. And the gunplay is terrible. It's clear that hiring that guy from Destiny didn't help at all).

GameSpot is getting rich.

@MyFinalHeaven86: Maybe because he was forced to give it a 9 by his superiors, payed by Bethesda, I don't know. It sure looks like this game does not deserve a 9, and I had this same impression on other reviews too.

How much is EA paying you, Gamespot, to post like 3 articles per day about Battlefront?

I bet EA demanded this article after The Lobby episode "Is Battlefront Beta Too Casual?", where those guys actually spoke their minds honestly.

It's clear as water no one should trust or pay attention to anything Gamespot writes about Battlefront. And many other games, actually.

Gamespot isnot what it used to be, it's pure business. Only money matters.

I hate terms like "pro gamer" and "competitive gamer" and "hardcore gamer" so much. So much. And most likely the people who uses them.

Not every game have to be made with e-sports in mind, or with "hardcore gamers" and "competitive gamers" in mind. A game have to be fun, and that's all.

That said, Battlefront is not fun. It's gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous, but it's not fun. It's such a waste making a game this pretty so boring. What a waste.

Also the gunplay feels completely off (sometimes you kill a guy with 2 shots, sometimes you have to shoot a guy for 10 seconds), all blaster feel the same, there is no recoil, no need to aim because your accuracy while crouching or running is the same, you can shoot across the map with any gun, Hoth feels wrong (too flat, too large on foot, too small on ships)...

Some people are saying they are having a blast having played it for only 5 hours or so... Try playing it for 15 hours, 20 hours. You will get bored, it gets boring fast.

I found it super boring. The shooting becomes more and more annoying the more you play, really looks like the hits are percentage based like Vile-Okami said. And the team work is zero, I could be playing with bots and I wouldn't even notice. Never gonna buy it.

@Beasthunt: I couldn't get past the "press enter" screen too. You just keep pressing enter as fast as you can, it'll work. The game freezes in full screen, play it in borderless window.

Sooooo boring!

On an unrelated topic, teamwork in this game = zero. I could be playing with/against bots and I wouldn't even notice.

I didn't like R6 Siege that much, but this one is much worse. I'll never buy this game.
