The Vita was such a complete failure, Wow!!!! Its staggering :/

I've noticed that all the closed studios have once developed PSvita games. Those devs where doomed from the start, as sad as it is

I swear if Sony closes Media Molecule, I would literally lose 50% of interest in their titles. Apart from ND and Japan Studios, Media Molecule games are the only First Party titles I actually like from them(insomniac is third party). Give Nintendo so much shit, but you can't deny that their First Party Studios are save from getting shut down. They closed so many first party studios last gen, which is ridiculous

@charizard1605: don't forget project spark closure charizard. Games once hyped up as a change in ecosystem of xbox games library are either shut down or cancelled

Tearaway, persona 4 golden, gravity rush, lbp vita, uncharted golden abyss, are some really great games.

Compared to 3DS Library tho, Vita is severely lacking in great games. I blame Sony for that sadly

Taking risks= letting their first party devs do what they want. Turn 10 will always be forza, the coalition will always be gears now(even cancelling their new IP), 343 will always be Halo. Phantom Dust may not have been playable, but MS did something similar scummy, in showcasing a prerendered trailer that didn't even use assets of the actual game at all, the game wasn't even months in development. Its still not being honest about their upcoming lineup, so my overall point still stands.

The fans are probably also what hold MS back in general(regarding diverse first party)

Some of the best games of all time are "weaboo" games, that is the silliest thing I've ever seen lately. Am I a weabooo for enjoying games like Dragon Quest 8, Wind Waker(Zelda Series), Fire Emblem and Pokemon series???

@sts106mat: you are part of the problem. That's the whole point of this thread. A diverse lineup, games for everyone. Having games that cater to different demographs, is better than having nothing. Just because you don't like the games, doesn't mean that others do as well.

MS have all of Rares IP for example (except donkey kong related content), why they're not making use of those is beyond me.

@zeeshanhaider: you believe MS would actually green lit games like dreams, knack, the last guardian, bloodborne, gravity rush, tearaway, tokyo jungle etc or freedom wars? You know, games that arent expected to get gears of war level sales? Cut the crap already, its obvious MS is not willing for more diversity, when the game doesnt promise Halo level appeal(or shooter appeal). Thats also what is holding MS back, but I guess people like the Halo Forza gears box
